Returns
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and consumable products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
Return Eligibility
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Order ID and product images must be shared for verification
Refunds
Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
