How to Cancel
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your order number and request cancellation.
Cancellation Confirmation
Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation. If your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Orders Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for any eligible return or replacement.
